• Non-Refundable $100-$350 Catalog Fee (dependent on session picked)
• 10% Commission
• $250 No Sale Fee
• $1000 No Show Fee & permanent loss of consignment privileges
• $20 Yardage/Day (Feed Provided)
• $100 Yard Ride (If you need your horse rode in the sale)
• $50 Yard Lead (If you need your horse lead in the sale)

• Any cosmetic blemishes are required to listed in the description.
• Supplemental consignment horses accepted until the sale begins at 12 PM; they will be listed on a supplement sheet only.
• Additional photos (20 max) must be emailed to info@mmauctionservices.com a minimum of one week before the sale for website display.
• YouTube Video Optional – Email YouTube link ONLY to info@mmauctionservices.com by Wednesday before the sale. Include consignor & horse name in subject. (8–10+ min. recommended)
• All Previews are Optional
• Not all horses will be advertised on our Facebook. Horses with the best pictures will be advertised first. Tag us @arizonahorsesales on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and we’ll share to our stories.
• Original registration papers are required along with a signed transfer to call the horse registered.
• No original papers or signed transfer means
the horse will sell grade.
• ALL horses are required to arrive with an 11 month current coggins, a current health certificate (out of state horses only), and a current brand inspection (brand inspection states only).
• Check-in starts Friday @ 8am
• Preview starts Friday @ 12pm
• Sale starts Saturday @ 12pm
Photos Matter
Don’t Under-Market Your Horse - Buyers shop with their eyes first. Poor quality photos can cause a great horse to be overlooked, while quality photos help highlight your horse’s strengths and attract serious buyers. Take the time to present your horse well — the better your horse is represented, the better opportunity you have for a successful sale.
Videos Matter
Great photos are what catch a buyer’s attention, but the next thing serious buyers will want to see right away is a video. A quality video allows buyers to better evaluate your horse’s movement, temperament, training, and abilities before making the decision to bid. The more information you provide, the more confidence buyers have in your horse. We recommend submitting a horizontal YouTube video that is at least 8–10 minutes in length. Many successful consignors provide videos that are 20 minutes or longer, showing their horse in multiple situations. Show anything that represents your horse accurately. A well-presented horse gets more attention, builds buyer confidence, and has the best opportunity to reach the right buyer.
